take a look at millennial, thos 29, say they do not support obama care. only 22% say they will sign up. and even among people who currently don't have health insurance less than a third of them plan to enroll. couple of reasons why. more than half of people think that under obama care health care costs are going to rise while some 44% believe that the quality of care is going to go down. now here's the problem for the president. the financial assumptions in obama care count on a very large group of young healthy people to support the older sicker people who go to the doctor and the hospital more often. trey grayson, the director of the institute of politics, said this has to be very concerning for the white house. >> puts them really behind the eight ball on this. sometimes there's what they call a dust spiral that can take place where the health care act isn't sustainable. we're not there yet, but this shows that there's some real hurdles ahead to try to make this law work. >> greyson says this really is a sea change among the president's core constituen
